SGA and GSGA provide printing subsidies for Emory students on the Atlanta and Oxford campuses. The subsidy of $5 per Fall and Spring semesters only equates to around 70 black-and-white, double-sided pages and can be applied to any type of printing at EaglePrint stations around campus.

The printing subsidy is not transferable, applies only in the semester for which it's offered, and does not roll over to subsequent semesters. The subsidy has no cash value. Unspent funds at the end of the semester are not refundable.

Payment: Only Eagle Dollars are accepted. Add funds at links.emory.edu/eagle

Settings: Double-sided printing (duplex) is enabled by default. To print single-sided, modify the settings when submitting your print job.

Paper: Printers contain 'Letter' size paper (8.5"x11") only. For different paper sizes, provide your own paper and use the manual feed tray on the printer.

Time limit: Print jobs are held in the queue for 2 hours.

To report printing issues, email eagleprint@emory.edu or visit the local service desk (if one is available) for immediate assistance.

EaglePrint is only accessible on EmoryUnplugged, on a wired campus network connection, or using the VPN.
